CIGOTA PROGRAMME

Čigota is a popular dietetic recreational programme which will help you to get rid of surplus kilograms during your stay at Zlatibor, to rest, refresh yourself, renew your   shape and what is the most important of all  - to learn to live in a different way  - actively and healthily.

"Čigota" Programme has been successfully fighting for 25 years against obesity and accompanied diseases which are a consequence of multiple disorders and bad habits which are most often a consequence of urbanization  "Čigota" Programme achieves its goal: decreasing dangerous influence of obesity to health.

"ČIGOTA" PROGRAMME  includes:

- well balanced dietetic plan,
- physical activities programme,
- creating group, positive atmosphere and
- basic informing on signifcance of healthy nutrition and recreation

DIETETIC TREATMENT
means a daily defficit of energy by consuming food which produce from 900 to1200 Kal. Five meals a day are recommended, every three hours with versatile food items, ommiting fat and sugar and with minimum salt intake.

PROGRAMME OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES 
provides for individual strain dosing by exercises in the gym, swimming pool and long walk. Rhythm of these activities is coordinated with the meals rhythm and it is practised twice, three times a day.
